Coda Studios have completed two new build 10 and 12 bedroom 24 hour Care Home facilities in Leeds and Huddersfield respectively.

These consisted of the redevelopment of existing derelict sites within highly populated residential areas. Each development was a bespoke design specifically tailored for each site, each subject to meticulous careful planning and detailed design ensuring that the highest standard of care facility was delivered.

Both care homes contain single en-suite bedrooms, communal kitchens, communal lounges, assisted bathrooms and staff accommodation. They are Category C - Dependent and have been registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) for adults with a learning disability who may also have a physical disability. Each development was completed on time and within budget.
