The 'Coda Conduct' is our office manual covering what rights and responsibilities each member of staff has within the company.
At Coda Studios we have a fairly informal, but structured way of working. This allows every member of staff a lot of freedom in the way they work, as long as their projects are run effectively and smoothly.
This is one of Coda's greatest strengths, encouraging a good office atmosphere and allowing people to advance their careers as quickly as they are able. It also means that every member of staff has a lot more responsibility for their own actions than would be the case in most practices.
