As a customer service based business we pride ourselves on our ability to listen to the demands of our clients and end users and tailor our designs to suit them - not us.In response to the 'Client Service Reviews' the Customer Service department was established (wearelistening@codastudios.co.uk) in an attempt to create a framework for feedback from clients, consultants or end users of Coda buildings. The desire to separate the feedback from the Architect or Design Team via a third party was thought essential to create an unbiased and honest form of feedback that may be lacking in one-to- one situations between the teams. This is a unique and almost unprecedented service within Architectural Practices.
