We constantly review our work to ensure we learn from our failures and build on our successes for the future

Alongside other internal reviewing processes during the course of a development, 'CPR's' are held after practical completion of each major or interesting project. This analytical yet informal process requires full office participation whereby each step of the journey from inception to completion is introduced by key projects personal and discussed in detail by everyone.

This open forum enables each project to be intimately critiqued therefore ensuring mistakes are not repeated and successes are built on.
